Change of Mind Return/Refund

  • Return Period: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Item Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including wrapping and box.
  • Return Postage: The customer is responsible for the postage of the change of mind return.
  • Upon return, products will be inspected for quality control and hygiene. If opened or used, a refund cannot be provided.

Faulty or Defective Item Return/Refund

  • Return Period: If you receive a faulty or defective product, please return it within the 30-day period with proof of purchase.
  • Options Available:
    • Exchange: Replace the faulty or defective product.
    • Refund: Obtain a refund for the faulty or defective product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Your full-priced refund will be transferred back to your account within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper.
